Refund Policy

We offer a money back guarantee or replacement of equal or lesser value on products purchased through the Aunt Jackie's Curls & Coils website. A refund or replacement may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase and will be administered based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to process and post through your banking institution or credit card issuer. Replacement orders are shipped as quickly as possible and are sent via standard delivery. At this time, website sales, refunds, and replacement shipments are limited to the domestic United States.

Damage policy
We take care in assembling your order and rely on multiple carriers to deliver it successfully. Unfortunately, there is always the potential that an item may be damaged in transit. Should your order arrive in unusable condition, please refer to the refund or replacement guidelines above. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we welcome your feedback.
